My take on Pork Steak

<p />Haven't gotten to post since this weekend. Here's my take on Pork Steak.[p]These were cooked direct at 350 with a grill extender. I turned them once after 15 minutes, turned again after 15 minutes and sauced the first side. Then I turned after 10 minutes and sauced the second side. Took them off 10 minutes later. See how the meat has pulled off the bone? That's how you tell they're done.[p]Didn't use Maull's though. I used Dexter, MO sauce. Sorry Chubby![p]Kelly Keefe
