sausage help

I've seen plenty of recipes for cooked sausages, but does anyone have temp and tmie for uncooked sausages

    chuckwagon, I have cooked uncooked bratwurst at 325 for about 30 minutes and they were great. My timing was based primarily on how they looked externally - nice brown color with dark brown grill marks. They were thoroughly done with the best taste I have ever had out of a grilled brat.

    I do brats which have been slit down one side opened up in a little time. And they are great
