Sausage & Eggs on the Mini

Here are some Blueberry/Cinnamon pork sausages I got at Sweet Bay Supermarket (they used to be a Kash n Karry). They were cooked on the Mini at 350° for approx 6-7 minutes a side, or until internal temp reached 165°.
sausegg1.jpg[p]Lowered the heat to 250° and put in my small cast iron skillet to melt the butter.
sausegg2.jpg[p]Mixed up three x-large eggs with some cream and Dizzy Pig Raging River. Stirred a few times and cooked most of the time with lid closed. These were darn good....(these cooked another 2-3 minutes before they were done)
