Just put a 4 pound English Cut Chuck Roast which has been relaxing in a Teriyki marinated for 36 hrs. on the grill. We are looking forward to a late lunch with friends of Barbequed Teriyki Pulled Beef. After lunch a little road trip, is in order, to a great butcher to stock up on all sorts of beef and pork cuts. P.E.T.A. People for the eating of Tasty Animals would be proud.
