What to do with a 3lb BEEF CHUCK??

The only thing I have to EGG today is a 3lb boneless blade roast- Beef Chuck. Hunkered down and can't get to the store......what can I do with this on the EGG today.....? Thanks, Paul

with a 3 pounder that would make half this recipe - and it is G O O D stuff. This week I purchased 12 pounds of chuck roasts for the precise purpose of restocking my freezer with Food Saver bags of this wonderful pulled beef.

Midnight Smoker,[p]The simplest thing to do would be to grind it up for fresh ground burgers. Ground chuck makes for a good burger. Assuming you have a grinder of course.
