Turkey turned out great!

After posting my frantic message yesterday, I went outside and reinserted the polder into another part of the turkey breast.....temp fell about 20 degrees. I left it there and went for 165. Turkey turned out GREAT! Didn't take quite 3 hours...guess due to the size.

I often find I need to redirect the probe when the temps seem unusual. Glad it turned out for you!
