stuffed 3 briskets with onions, peppers, and lots of garlic, cut em in half and loaded em on a rib rack, indirect at 225, lots of pecan, will pull off at 10 am.

    had preped out a bunch of chinese food for the superbowl, not as many showed up as i thought, but i always way over cook anyways. did the sweet and sour chicken last night and some fried rice from the pork and terryaki. no pics of the rice, it was lousy and wrecked the finish in the wok. next time i try that im going to have a separate wok just for the rice.
