3/1/1.5 Baby Backs

Hey - Just did a batch of baby backs, using the 3/1/1.5 method, both for the first time, hickory & apple smoke. All I can say is that if you havn't tried either, you oughta. Wife & picky daughter both agree - best ribs we've had yet. Thanks GFW! ERIC

    E.B., thanks for the nice coment... glad you liked the ribs - anyone who has done and liked the 3/1/1.5 method really owes George T - lives down the road about 15 miles - think he works for the "Earthworm Tractor Company" (better known as CAT - Peoria's claim to fame on the DOW 30)[p]The moral is... don't believe until you try, try what sounds as if you would like the results and... the fun is in the search!
