Friday night is upon us and Iam hosting a shin dig Sunday
I would like to do a turkey but am having trouble finding ideas in the archives.
I hope to find a fresh and big bird at the farmers market tommorow am
upwards of twenty lbs.
I could use some ideas on cooking temps,length of cook and bird preperation.
Thanks in advance for any help-now I am off to sear some steaks for my bro and his wife.
