Combination ribs

Tonight for dinner I combined Cat's rib rub with GFW's 3/1/1.5 cooking technique. I tweaked Cat's recipe a little bit with coarsely ground grains of paradise and I cut out the last hour of GFW's cooking times. Instead I made the fire hotter towards the end. The result is a keeper. I have finally found a rib set up I really like.[p]I also tried Cat's suggestion and matched the ribs with a pinot noir. That too is a keeper. [p][p]
