Egg Success followed by humiliation

I thought my fist multi egg cook was going so well....[p]The Brisket came out really nice on the large. (Thanks for the help Nature Boy)
<img src= Pics/DSC02675.jpg&gt;[p]Decided to cook some wings and ABT's in the small they looked good too dizzy dust and cream cheese on half and mile italian sausage on the others
<img src= Pics/DSC02676.jpg&gt;[p]last but not least Sausage and cheddar stuffed mushrooms with dizzy dust and spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms with parmesan cheese on the large
<img src= Pics/DSC02678.jpg&gt;[p]Our guests arrived but the bacon around the abt's was not done so I left them on and on and on and on and then remembered them after everyone was full. The were completed nuked black and crunchy. Believe it or not I think that they all got eaten anyhow but they were no were close to what I intended. I was really looking forward to those too. Oh well maybe I 'll try again this weekend.

    JNK,[p]The brisket looks great.[p]When cooking with bacon, (ABT's, wrapped scallops or shrimp etc,) I get the cheap-o thin slices and partially cook them in the micro before wrapping. The bacon wraps tighter, and gets crisp without overcooking the centers.[p]~thirdeye~

    thirdeye,[p]Thanks. I had read that here too but did not think to get thinner bacon while at the grocery. Next time........[p]
