JNK,[p]The brisket looks great.[p]When cooking with bacon, (ABT's, wrapped scallops or shrimp etc,) I get the cheap-o thin slices and partially cook them in the micro before wrapping. The bacon wraps tighter, and gets crisp without overcooking the centers.[p]~thirdeye~

JNK,[p]Wow, that all looks so good! I would not worry about one little item. I would kill to go to someone's house and eat like that! (Hey, I'd kill to eat like that at *my* house.)[p]Gwen
