I have 2 lamb chops, 1.5 inches thick. I slathered with mustard (love that stuff), and coated with a rub I threw together...tellicherry pepper, rosemary, thyme, salt.[p]Just about to go fire up junior. Should I cook like a steak?? 650 for 3 minutes a side, and a short dwell??[p]Thanks!
