Bluberry & Maple syrup sausage.

Recently saw an ad for Bluberry and Maple syrup sausage. So a little experiment and I arrived at this. It is very, very good.[p]5# coarse ground pork butt
Pint of whole fresh Blue berries
I/2 cup real maple syrup
1 & 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup orange juice.[p]Mix thoroughly then run through grinder angain (coarse setting)
Stuff or use in bulk[p]This one is a keeper.

    CampCook,[p]I picked up a meat grinder yesterday, and plan on really getting serious about making sausage. My first try will be bratwurst, then a breakfast sausage. Looks like I found my breakfast sausage.[p]Thanks
