Good Morning from the West Coast.[p]On Saturday I cooked some of the tenderest spare ribs ever. I used NB's Ginger Mahogany Rib Recipe. Very Good.[p]On Sunday, KennyG stopped by and dropped off a new and improved turbo grate. I will have to wait to try it until I get back.[p]Happy Grilling,
