Cooking Italian Sausages tonight, any thoughts?

Cooking up some italian sausages tonight. It's my first time to do these on the BGE, so any recipes or cooking thoughts for me to use.[p]Thanks, Frank

Real Simple. Cook the sausage direct for about fifteen minutes per side at 350. Flip once.[p]It will be some of the best sausage ever.[p]Happy Grilling,
