I made your Chile Rellenos last night with the black beans along with a prime rib. That's a good, quick, and tasty recipe. A 'Keeper' for sure; thanks for sharing. [p]I should have taken some pictures of the rib roast. It was coated olive oil, minced garlic and pulverized dry mushrooms so the color was extra special. Tasted very good, too, according to me mate.[p]Anyway, wanted to give you a holler and let you know we enjoyed the peppers.
