Max, your tips for doing my prime rib gave me perfect results. Everyone loved it. There may even be a couple of new eggs purchased as a result of this and other cooks for the same crowd. This prime rib was one of two that I bought after Lawn Ranger posted notice of a sale in our area...$8.99/lb for "prime" prime rib! Can't wait to do the other one.[p]Thanks again, Jeff
