The top photo is the ribs in the marinade. The sun is low, so it is contrasty. You can see the sides of the bones, as they are short ribs, cut accross the bone. Anyway, the bottom is how they were served. Jasmine Rice, and a Cucumber Salad, and you are in business.[p]Very simple, and full of flavor.[p]NB
