I've been making and selling jerky as a hobby for over 4 years now and it's time to take it to the next level. Any ideas out there on getting started? Ideas from packaging, labeling, sending product out for nutritional analysis, state vs. federal sales, etc. would be appreciated. This Forum and all of you eggers are awesome!!![p]Jerky Junkie
