<p />This faux bear bone made by Healthy Choice from low fat turkey lips and hog snouts. To replicate the authentic recipe I used super hot chili, melted cheddar,all topped with green onions. This particular (and all other)selected cuts of bear benefit by a heavy masking of the underlying textures and flavor. Next time someone offers you bear,carnivore, reptile, rodent, amphibian or marsupial I would substitute the above on religeous grounds if neccesary.
