Calzone Advice

Has anyone perfected a calzone in the Egg. I'll being doing pizzas later and was thinking about trying a meatlovers calzone. I've been to TimM's site so I've got a good start. GFW, according to a '99 post your were going to perfect your recipes in the Egg. Any progress? [p]Thanks to all.

    AndyR,[p]Perfection is in the eye of the beholder. I think mine have been dang-near perfect. My best results are with the filling sautéed before the Egging.[p]Tim

    AndyR,[p]I've made a few calzones on the egg and they are pretty darn good if you ask me. Perfect? Never, always something to try and change to make them that litle bit better. I've posted my dough recipe on the recipe section, it works well in the egg. Any stuffings that you can think of will work. Good luck and let us know how they come out.[p]Troy
