We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! Just got the country ribs bathed in mustard and rub. They are now placed on the egg for a four hour cook at 275. Thanks for all the help. It's a hot day here in Kansas City, so I think I'll have a beer
and watch them for awhile.
