Got an XL BGE several months ago and have enjoyed reading and learning on the Forum. I was lost trying to cook from just the manual, but the Forum straightened me out. I really enjoy the fellowship that is evident in the questions and answers.[p]The office has asked me to cook a beef tenderloin for our office party. Does anyone have a favorite recipe for this?[p]Thanks

Green Eggs and Lamb,[p]I like to do mine with some olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning, Sear it then roast it to rare, maybe medium rare, but not more than that.[p]E
