Mad Max's Turkey

Just wanted to thanks Mad Max for his wonderful turkey recipie. Mine turned out great! 14# bird took about 3 3/4 hrs at 325. White meat was moist and tender, dark was good too. Gravy was different but very tasty! The best white meat I have ever eaten. 12 people enjoyed the bird, nothing but rave reviews.
