Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

I used a boxed pumpkin bread mix and added 1 tsp. each cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, as well a 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into a greased pan and bake on the BGE at about 350 for 50-55 minutes or until that old toothpick comes out clean.I use disposable loaf pans for easy clean-up. The Orange Cream Cheese Glaze was a mixture of powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, a splash of vanilla, and orange juice, mixed together to a creamy consistency. Spoon that over the warm pumpkin bread (you guys at Eggtoberfest wouldn't let it get cool!!) As good as this was, Snoopy Dog Dog's apple cake was the BOMB. He should post that again. Have a great Thanksgiving. Phyllis
