pull temp six 4# butts?

What temp would you cook six 4# butts? Want tender juicy pork for the Men's Ministry today at 11 Central time. Been on 8 hours 225*; 1 1/2 hrs 250*. Internal about 180 now. Do I pull or chop? Wanted to just let them put on plate, not sandwiches. Thanks.[p]Ralph

    dblR,[p]You should pull at 200 internal. Let rest a bit then shred with a fork making sure to discard all fat.[p]have fun[p]Mick
