pre-Thanksgiving Dizzy Butt

Injected the butt with 50/50 Dales Sauce/apple juice and gave a good rubbing of Dizzy Dust. Sat over nite in the fridge covered. Cooked at 250° for 10 hours.


It was fantastic :P Oh yeah, did a brisket at the same time ;)
