For a great and simple brine recipe. I did to chickens brined and one Tsunami. We just ate one of the brined for dinner and WOW. Moist, tender and flavorful. Skin came out a little crispy which was nice. Breast meat was melting in my mouth. Reminded me of the texture of fresh fish![p]Thanks again,[p]Greg Kemp
