London Broil with DP Red Eye Express

I did an 4# london broil last night, direct 350 for 30 minutes on the small with the elevated grid (Go Gratemates!). Sprinkled the meat with some Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. Once I pulled it I let it rest 10 minutes and then sliced thin. I had to fight off my wife and kids. They were raving about the flavor and tenderness. I'll be doing this one again.[p]John
