lets say i make up 2 gallons of brine.
i use a home depot paint bucket to soak a turkey in overnight.
when i remove the turkey, i put the bucket back in the fridge to keep it cold.
can i put another turkey in the same "old" brine the next night?
how many uses can i get from the brine?
how will it 'go bad'?
could i just add more salt?
