I am looking to cook a 5-6 lb boneless sirloin tip rost. Should I cook indirect, what temps and what would be a good rub? I am wanting to make a roast we can slice.

    Jerome,
theres a few ways of doing this cook right.
If its sandwiches I prefer a rub using sugar
If its plated with veggies I prefer no sugar in the rub
Coat well with cheap yellow mustard, season with rub of choice, and cook direct at about 400 degrees turning over every 20 minutes or so until well browned and internal hits your desired way of cooked beef. HTH
