Does anyone have any advice for cooking rack of lamb? I couldn't find a listing in the archives.[p]thanks

    danny, there are some great lamb chefs here and if you look in the recipe files I am sure you will find one or two there under Lamb. JJ has some great tips on lamb and I believe Cat has played with those woolies a bit..Me, I have never tried it yet, but some of these posts on lamb prepping has me interest.
