Yellow-fin Tuna

I had the best tuna I ever had at Oceanaire in Indianapolis. It was 2 inches thick meduim rare seared to perfection served with a wasabi-ginger-sesame sause. Does anyone have a similar recipe or can help me duplicate this?
Any help would be appreciated
