I made ABT's for cocktail time last evening, and since I had some leftover cream cheese and sausage filling, I popped the stems from some tiny baby portabellas and filled the caps with ABT filling. Delicious! And nicely bite-size.[p]They stuck to the grill pretty bad, so next time I'll set them on parchment paper or Reynolds "Release" foil.[p]Ken

Ken, next time try chopping up one up one of the hot peppers and mixing it in the sausage/cheese stuffing on those shrooms....sort of a reverse ABT.

BlueSmoke, try some of that Reynolds Release grilling foil sheets. It's more heavy duty and is perforated.
