I have a whole turkey breast. I'm going to do it low and slow say 250 dome. How long should I expect? I do a whole chicken in about 75-90 minutes @350. This breast is 7.5 pounds. Chickens are about 3.5 pounds.

    tach18k,
curious why so low? I just egged an eggcellent 8.6# one on Sunday at 325, which typically is the suggested temp for turkey. I allowed 15 minutes per pounf and it came out perfect. BTW I went indirect using my inverted platesitter and a dry foil lined pan under the grill to catch juices to prevent burnt taste.

RRP, Just though of something different, but 325 is fine and 15min a pound seems fine for me. Thanks. I like to use those 12" foiled throw away pizza pans. They fit nice in the inverted plate sitter.
