Whole Tri-Tip on the Mini

Yes'sir'ee........had a small 2 lb'er and cut it in half. Seasoned with Dale's sauce and then coated with Dizzy Pig's Red Eye Express.[p]This cooked on the Mini at 400° for 30 minutes.[p]minitt1.jpg[p]Ahhh.....looks good[p]minitt2.jpg[p]Served with steamed carrots, broc and caulif, crab stuffed portabello's.
