Only my second use of my BGE and I made pulled pork. It was great![p]Took about 19 hours and went without a hitch. Charcoal got a little low in the 15th hour and had to add a little and start it again but that was it. [p]The meat just about fell apart. [p]Not sure what to try next, but I cant wait. [p]Tom
