Now I can really appreciate Mr. Egg! Just finished 2 weeks of Egg cooking while waiting for the completion of our kitchen rehab project...still have 2 or 3 to go. Its versatility has enabled me to keep the menu from getting boring. Also, thanks to those who post great recipes. Between that and a few favorite books--Thrill of the Grill, License to Grill, and Smoke & Spice--we've mixed it up pretty well. Think my neighbors are jealous of all the wonderful aromas coming from my deck.
