Beef Chuck Fillet Roast?

I saw this little 1.7 pound piece o meat at the local grocery store and bought it because I was curious. Never heard of this cut of meat. It's very lean and has parts of two muscles. Is this a common cut? Any suggestions on how to prepare it? Slow? Fast? Wet? Dry?[p]Thanks,
