Blues, Brew and BBQ's 3rd place finish W/PICS

Participated in the Backyard Grillers competition here in Charlotte's Blues, Brews and BBQ fesitval. I don't know how are butt placed, but we were not in the top three. However, our ribs placed 3rd. We placed 3rd last year too in the same competition. So I guess we are consistant. Now if only I could say the same thing about my golf game?[p][p]Here I am saucing up the ribs.[p][p]Dan and I getting ready to turn them in to the judges.[p][p]A few beers after our 3rd place finish.

ShortRib, that looks like a Valley Dale T-shirt. Haven't thought about their products in a number of years. Congratulations on the finish. Nothing wrong (and much right) about finishing third. You need to come to EGGtoberfest and talk with Nature Boy and dr bbq and figure out how to move you at least to second next year.
