Being from GA we think BBQ is pork. Right. Well I was invited to a whole hog feast next Friday and I wanted to carry something different. Decided on a brisket and made a trial run this weekend. I had egged one before with so so results but following drbbq's directions from his book, wow, it was damn good. Thanks Ray.
