WELL IT HAPPENED i jUST GOT UP AND TEMP DOWN TO 140 ANY BODY HAHE ANY SUGUSTIONS?

Jerome ,[p]For now, quickly get the meat in your kitchen oven and get the fire in the cooker started again and when you get it on temp, put the meat back into the cooker. Keep track of the time the internal was between 40 and 140 degrees during this cook and give the forum this information and they can tell you if the meat will be ok to eat.[p]Dave

meat temp on 1 got to 125 on one of the others 160 dome tmep now back to 180 and riseing
