Butterball Turkey Breast

Finally got around to cooking a turkey breast. Sprayed with Olivio Buttery Spray then applied Dizzy Dust Tsunami Spin. Cooked at 325 dome indirect with drip pan for about 2 and 3/4 hours until internal temp. was 165. Used a few small pieces of guava wood for flavor Tasted excellent, very moist with just a hint of smokiness.[p]turkey001.jpg[p]turkey002.jpg
