Im the one who did 2 racks of ribs and a beer butt chicken today.
The deafening applause from the guests was just too much.
Served the chicken with a little mango/red onion/jalapeno salsa
on the side. Wow ! Even though I felt like a human timer most of the
afternoon, all was forgotten with the first bite.
