Leg of Lamb.......YES! Gyro recipes?

<p />Today's dish was leg of lamb. As per JJs direction it was done in a v-rack over a dry drip pan at 350*. This 8# legg took about three hours. It was seasoned with garlic cloves in the meat and rubbed with olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and a hinft of lemon juice. It was cooked till internal temp read 140*.[p]This is excellent stuff. We have plenty of leftovers though, so I will be searching for gyro recipes and other wonderful things to do with leftover lamb.[p]Fritz
