Pizza

Decided to try some more pizzas last night. [p]I made four. Number one (pepperoni, sausage and mozzerella with garlic pizza sauce) was an A-. The second, a white pizza (fetta and mozz with the dough painted w/ olive oil and some minced garlic, then with spinach, mushrooms and bacon) got an A++. The third, a pepperoni one, got a c-. (bad crust). [p]The fourth was a white one again with pepperoni sausage and bacon, and it was awesome. The in laws left saying "we should do this every sunday."[p]Now, the only issue was that my new gasket (2 weeks old) somehow melted a tick up front and when I went to open the egg the top and bottom were "fused" together and it started pulling the whole thing apart. I cut it horizontally and stuck it back in place and it didn't happen again, but I think a re-application of a gasket is going to be required. [p]I'll probably do it this week so my old large won't feel insecure when the new large arrives after eggfest.[p]Hope everyone had a great egging weekend.[p](would post pictures of the pizzas, but the wife was too busy eating and lauding the effort to get the camera. Whaddya gonna do?)
