Angus Shoulder Roast Question

I have a very well marbled angus shoulder roast and was wanting the best way to cook it on the egg. I have cooked other roasts (on previous grill), and sliced them up like you would a prime rib for steaks. Does anyone have any experiencing cooking one of these on the egg and how did you do it? Thinking about doing another poor mans prime rib here but would love to here any suggestions anyone has.

SmokingInMO, low and slow, ala Brisket style, works good.
