last fri i injected 6 butts total wt 70lbs, put them on to cook sat and pulled them sun.
quickly wrapped the 3 for church dinner and 2 for butcher, placed mine in refridgerator.
all were good but they dont "pull" cold. had to chop mine. it is easier to remove excess fat and has a firmer texture but not tough.
put a handfull in a bowl with some sauce, nuke for 1 min makes a good sammich.
