Many times we all are faced with having to keep meat fresh and hot until serving....and we wrap our meat and place it in insulated coolers.......and they always do a reliable job......but there are alternatives........[p]My wife Karen owns a catering company and she's invested in an insulated box called a 'Cambro'.....She has six of them.....They keep your cooked items piping hot and at temperature.....and you can stack 3 or 4 aluminum pans of meat in each one of them at the same time.....and all stay very hot.......[p]They cost about $140 and if you buy more than one they're stackable......and you can even get a dolly to roll them around....Very convenient.......[p]Just an idea.....[p]eddiemac
