Ribs for 6 hours

<p />Had to cook an eggplant parm for wife for me to get these beef ribs. Too bad el cheapo camera does not perform with regular dependability. Is it just me or at times I'm cooking my butt off and everything is excellent however the photo world is as difficult as the cooking?
Some of the forum members seem to have both angles covered. Not complaining and do not plan to change anything but am just curious.

    You were just too close for the camera to focus. Look to see if it has a macro, or closeup mode. If so, use it when you need to get really close.

    The Naked Whiz, I was on macro but got too close. I saw the juice from the ribs and couldn't control myself. This has happened before at other times. Here I had a critical choice to either foil or leave be with another 2 hours to go. I chose do do nothing and will do so again since these thick puppies did not dry out. Thanks
